Venkat Prabhu’s  The Greatest of All Time (GOAT)  is a letdown if you’re expecting an action-packed thriller. The underwhelming action sequences, disappointing songs, and a lacklustre antagonist drag the film down. The characters feel underdeveloped, especially the female leads, who are portrayed as mere damsels in distress. The plot twist is predictable and nothing new for Indian cinema. At 3 hours long, the film feels like a combination of two, making it a tedious watch.
