The Night Agent Season 2: A Convoluted Letdown

Despite a promising start, The Night Agent Season 2 fails to match its predecessor. The 10-episode arc feels unnecessarily stretched, with an overly complicated plot that lacks the suspenseful grip of Season 1. Character development is nearly absent, making key players feel like caricatures. Gabriel Basso’s Peter Sutherland remains likable, but even he can’t elevate the mediocre writing. The thrill and tension that made Season 1 a hit are missing, leaving this sequel feeling underwhelming and forgettable.
