While the plot is pulpy and straightforward, it avoids cliché action tropes with inventive scenes—like the clever swimming pool sequence. Malek’s calm intensity works in parts, though his subdued charisma holds the film back. The standout is the ending—choosing justice over revenge, adding moral depth. It’s watchable, smart in places, and a decent pick for a lazy Sunday. But it doesn’t leave a lasting mark. Still, a fresh take on the spy thriller formula.
