Your Honor Review – When a Judge Breaks the Law for His Son

Intro: Your Honor is a Hindi crime thriller series directed by Eeshwar Nivas and adapted from the Israeli series Kvodo. Jimmy Sheirgill plays Judge Bishan Khosla, whose life changes after his son becomes involved in a hit-and-run case. The series explores family, law, crime and the choices people make when the two come into conflict. The first season released in 2020, followed by Season 2 in 2021, both streaming on SonyLIV.

Review(90 Words): I liked both seasons of Your Honor. What starts with a judge trying to protect his son slowly turns into a much bigger mess involving crime, gangs, police and the law. Jimmy Sheirgill is excellent, but Mita Vashisht really stands out for me. I liked how the series keeps putting its characters in situations where family and professional duty don't easily go together. Season 2 continues the story well and gives enough twists to keep you watching. It is not perfect and does stretch at times, but overall, both seasons worked for me.
