Title: In the Grey (2026) Review – Stylish Action, But Not Enough Tension

Intro: In the Grey is a 2026 action thriller written and directed by Guy Ritchie. Starring Henry Cavill, Jake Gyllenhaal and Eiza González, the Prime Video film follows a team trying to recover a billion-dollar debt from a criminal organisation.

Review (90 Words): The intriguing title and Jake Gyllenhaal were enough for me to pick up In the Grey. The film has some good detailing, especially in the way its action scenes are put together. But I felt a little more pace could have kept me engaged throughout. The story revolves around recovering a billion-dollar fortune, but it feels fairly superficial and doesn't create enough tension. I also didn't find the villain particularly threatening. Having said that, the final rescue sequence is definitely worth watching. Not a bad action thriller, but I expected a little more from it.
