Sydney Sweeney plays Millie, a young woman who takes a live-in housemaid job with a wealthy family, where things quickly become far more complicated than they appear. Amanda Seyfried and Brandon Sklenar also star. The film is available on Prime Video.  Review (90 Words):  I liked   The Housemaid , though I felt the runtime was a little too long. The film takes its time building the story, and just when you think you have figured out what is happening, it gives you a reasonable twist. That worked for me. The series combines a dark Nordic setting with a family relationship at the centre of the investigation. Review (90 Words):   I liked  Blood Sacrifice  overall. It gets tense at times, and the father-son angle in the story worked well for me. The investigation kept me interested, particularly in the earlier episodes, where the mystery develops nicely. But the series is certainly stretched. Some portions could have been shorter and tighter. My bigger issue was the conclusion. After taking its time to build the mystery, the ending felt rushed to me. But then the film settles into a slow-burn pace, and I wasn't engaged throughout. What worked for me is that the story, especially the conclusion, feels different from what I expected. But as they say, you are doomed when you have high expectations.   Ghamasaan   has the right ingredients and some good sequences, but somehow doesn't come together as strongly as I expected. The beginning takes time, and the middle portions feel stretched. There is enough action, but the excitement doesn't stay for long. For me, this is not among Tigmanshu Dhulia's better films. Shashi Kapoor plays Vikas Pande, a newspaper editor who finds himself caught in a political investigation that goes much deeper than it first appears. The film also stars Sharmila Tagore, Om Puri and Kulbhushan Kharbanda. Review:  I watched   New Delhi Times   on YouTube and honestly, this is a must-watch. Made almost 40 years ago, the film still feels surprisingly relevant. What I liked most is how tightly the story is written. There is very little unnecessary drama, and for nearly two hours, the film keeps you involved. The performances are another strong point, with Shashi Kapoor leading the way and the supporting cast doing equally well. It is not the kind of old film you watch only for nostalgia.
